The Blackheath Hospital in London and The Sloane Hospital in Kent are part of Circle Health Group, Britain''s leading independent healthcare provider with a nationwide network of hospitals and clinics, performing more complex surgeries than any other private healthcare provider in the country.We are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join our team in the Finance department.This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern.Duties include:

Providing financial support and expertise to hospital Senior Management Teams, focusing on operational and financial performance (KPIs, trends, revenue, costs, and EBITDAR).Ensuring adherence to CHG''s financial control policies, including approval and authority limits.Managing costs, hospital working capital, and ensuring rigorous financial appraisal of business development and capital proposals.Overseeing hospital financial planning and monitoring.Leading and advising hospital Senior Management and Department Heads on financial matters and tools.Maintaining high standards in financial processes and analysis, including accurate use of charts of accounts and departmental structures, and promoting quality and attention to detail hospital-wide.Complying with mandatory training requirements.Candidate criteria:

Extensive experience in a senior finance role.Experience in multi-site or distributed environments with profit and loss responsibility.Proven success in managing change within finance functions.Strong technology skills, including financial systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to quickly analyze complex situations and identify key issues.Formal finance qualification.Salary and Benefits:
