What we are looking for:Deep Industry Insight - Has hands-on experience in a relevant craft (BA, Dev, etc.) and recognises excellence in the field.Established Leadership - Demonstrated success in nurturing individuals and teams in roles like Chapter Lead or Team Lead.Supportive Guidance - Excels in mentoring, coaching, and pushing team members to grow.Strategic Performance Management - Adept at setting clear expectations, providing constructive f
