IP Renewals ClerkWe are seeking an experienced IP Renewals Clerk to join a growing IP law firm based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and supportive firm with a strong reputation in intellectual property.For this position, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years'' experience in IP renewals.This role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and hybrid working (3 days remote working).Key duties will include, but are not limited to:Monitoring the renewals inboxProcessing renewal instructions by filing renewal applications for Patents, Designs, and Trade Marks in the UK, EUIPO, WIPO, and overseas jurisdictionsReviewing and sending renewal reminders to clients via emailObtaining renewal quotes and filing correspondence within the document management systemMonitoring emails and responding to renewal queries from clients and fee earnersChecking and managing daily postAssisting with the maintenance of renewal folders, updating renewal schedules, and archiving renewal data where requiredIssuing invoices and credit notes when requiredSkills / Experience required:Minimum of 2 years'' renewals experienceKnowledge of IP formalitiesIT literate - knowledge of Excel and Outlook requiredGCSE qualifications (or equivalent) in Maths and EnglishCIPA qualification desirable but not essentialStrong attention to detail and a diligent approach to workMethodical and well organisedProactive approach to problem solvingFlexible with
