The Role Our client is looking for a Head of Membership Growth and Services to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a newly created role, offering an exciting opportunity to shape and drive the future of their global membership strategy. As Head of Membership Growth and Services, you will oversee the full end-to-end membership journey, from outreach and acquisition through to retention and renewal.
