Gi Group are recruiting for Production operatives to join the team at IPN Ltd in Crick. Shifts available across Monday to Friday covering 6am-2pm OR 2pm-10pm OR 10pm-6am. Due to location own transport is required. Flexible shifts available across all 5 days, so choice of 1 to 5 shifts per week depending on requirements. Weighing and creating mixes from a recipe. Accuracy and detail needed to follow procedures safely and efficiently. Be prepared to work with raw meat materials minced into animal feed, and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Manual handling necessary to decant raw materials into smaller bins. Operating certain machines such as bin lifts and mixers; training will be provided. Interacting with your line manager to provide progress on your area of ownership. Carrying out pre-start checks on your area of responsibility to verify our safe ways of workings are being adhered to. Recording of data electronically on factory floor touch screens as well as some paper-based documents. Having pride for your area of work and a willingness to support our colleagues.
