Working closely with senior leadership, you will take responsibility for reviewing current systems (where they exist), designing a robust HandS framework, and driving consistent implementation across multiple sites.Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing company-wide Health and Safety policies, procedures and performance standardsConducting site audits and risk assessments to ensure full compliance with legal and industry-specific requirementsLeading, mentoring and influencing managers at all levels to embed a positive safety cultureProviding practical, hands-on support and coaching to operational teamsDelivering training, toolbox talks and safety briefingsManaging incident investigations and implementing corrective action plansReporting on KPIs, trends and improvements to the senior leadership teamActing as the subject-matter expert on all HandS matters across the organisation Skills and Qualifications: Str
