Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30 (early finish Friday)

We are looking for an experienced production manager to work with a precision engineering company that is down to earth and easy going and looking to expand. This role is perfect for someone who likes to be hands on, has a CNC milling background, and wants to work in a welcoming environment where you can be proud of your work and have a laugh as you go.

What will you be doing?

• You will be responsible for the day to day running on the shop floor.
• Assisting with programming CNC Millers
• Creating 2D & 3D models with CAD/CAM software
• Working with production to ensure quality standards.

What will make you stand out from the crowd?

• You need to be able to programme CNC milling machines
• For controls Ideally Fanuc
• For CAD/CAM software ideally Powermill
• Previous experience in a leadership role

Just as important as your experience, you need a good attitude. If you have the right attitude and a solid base for experience, the company will develop your skills and train you.
