You will work closely with your team to provide support for adults with enduring mental ill health and complex needs.In this key role, you will also act as Deputy to the Service Manager, leading on care quality, compliance, team performance, and service delivery. You will support your team through trauma-informed approaches and take a hands-on role in delivering support sessions.
