Job Description:

• Monitor and track the progression of students, providing constructive feedback:andnbsp;Keep a close eye on their development and help them overcome challenges.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working as a KS1 teacher within the UK:andnbsp;Experience is key to understanding the unique needs of young learners.
• Be proactive, flexible, and adaptable to meet the changing needs of students:andnbsp;Be ready to adjust your teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal:andnbsp;Communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Hold a current and valid DBS check or be willing to obtain one:andnbsp;Ensure the safety and well-being of our students.
• Motivate and foster the development and growth of their students:andnbsp;Inspire children to reach their full potential and develop a lifelong love for learning.
