Overview As Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. You ll help us make health happen by catering across the Village which comprises of the care home, catering for serviced suites, Villagers who have booked a meal in the Restaurant/Spa or for meals to be taken across to their apartments or for other specific events Prepare and cook food in accordance with food hygiene regulations. Excellent people skills are required to maintain positive relationships with residents and members of staff. You will have at least 2 years experience of working in a professional Catering position.
