As the Reward and Payroll Manager, you will will lead the monthly payroll cycle across the UKandI businesses and support the Total Reward and HR Services Manager in the delivery of the organisation''s reward strategy - to include benefits management, job evaluations, salary benchmarking, company car management, analytics and reporting.
