Operating from a purpose-built showroom and distribution centre, the company supplies bathrooms and associated products to both trade and retail markets—including developers, contractors, and end-users.THE ROLEWe''re recruiting for a commercially focused General Manager to take full control of the business, including the PandL, strategy, sales, and commercial direction. You''ll inherit a stable team of nearly 30 people and a business turning over close to £10m. The focus now is growth—there''s substantial potential to scale across new sectors, new customer groups, and underperforming geographic areas.The ideal candidate will spend their time driving business development, implementing marketing initiatives, forming strategic partnerships, and steering the company into its next phase.
