We provide both clinical and non-clinical care to our Clients, holding CQC registration for personal care and TDDI regulated activities. You will be a fundamental pillar in the growth and overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, working alongside our Franchise Owner and an amazing team Office Team and our Carers.The Role

Lead and inspire a dedicated team of Clinical Carers and Non-Clinical Carers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care directly to Clients in their own homes.Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth, identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to expand the company''s visibility.Conduct market research to assess competitive positioning, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.Build and maintain strong relationships with local ICBs, hospitals, district nursing teams, GPs, and other relevant stakeholders.Support individuals with a range of complex medical needs and varying levels of dependency.Provide training and supervision in the provision of delegated tasks including medication administration, wound care, catheter care, PEG and stoma care and diabetes management in a home setting.Continuously work to ensure clinical excellence, offering personalised care and support to Clients.About You

Hold current, unrestricted NMC PIN as a Registered NurseHold or be working towards NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management and Leadership (preferred)Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering and maintaining partnerships within the healthcare sector.Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and OutstandingProven leadership in care managementFull UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car preferredRight to work full-time in the UKPassionate about homecare or interested in transitioning into home-based nursing roles.We are seeking dedicated individuals who are committed to making a real difference in clients'' lives every day.
