Responsibilities

Proven experience as a Data Architect or Lead Data Engineer in AWS environmentsDeep understanding of cloud-native data services: S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, EMR, Kinesis, LambdaStrong hands-on expertise in data modelling, distributed systems, and pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Step Functions)Background in energy, trading, or financial markets is a strong plusExcellent knowledge of Python, SQL, and data governance frameworksExperience working with stakeholders in fast-paced, data-sensitive environmentsComfortable with DevOps/Infra-as-Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelinesStrong communication and leadership skills to align technical decisions with business prioritiesPreferred Qualifications

AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Data Analytics / Database - SpecialtyExperience in data mesh or lakehouse architectureFamiliarity with regulatory requirements in energy or trading
