Sharp Consultancy are partnering with a growing business based in Sheffield that are looking for a HR Administrator to join their team full time on a maternity cover for 12 months. This role will require you to provide you key administrative support across all HR function, helping to maintain the smooth running of HR systems and process. The main responsibilities of this role will include: Maintain and update HR systems and databases Ensure all records including employee information, including new starters, leavers and contractual changes are recorded accurately Generate regular as-hoc reports on the HR system Monitor and manage the HR shared inbox Ensure all employee records and HR documents are maintained, filed and stored securely Work closely with internal departments, e.g. finance and payroll Support the implementation of compliance of HR policies Skills and experience required: Proven experience in an administrative HR role Strong knowledge of HR systems and MS office Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information A general familiarity with payroll processes (Desirable) In return this business can offer a competitive salary up to 30k.
