Their Court of Protection team is a core part of the business and continues to grow, creating the need for an additional hire.You ll work closely with experienced lawyers on a broad range of deputyship matters, gaining exposure to high-quality work while playing a genuinely meaningful role in supporting vulnerable clients.The RoleYou ll be involved in a varied caseload, supporting across:Deputyship applications (Property and Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare)Ongoing management of deputyship filesLiaising with clients, families and third partiesPreparing documentation for the Court of ProtectionFinancial administration, reporting and budgetingLiaison with the Office of the Public GuardianGeneral support to fee earners on active mattersAbout YouThis role would suit a paralegal with experience in Court of Protection or a related Private Client area, who is looking to develop their career in a supportive, specialist environment.You ll bring:Previous experience in Court of Protection, Private Client or similarStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA compassionate and professional approachConfidence dealing with clients
