Audit and Accounts Senior North West London £45,000 - £60,000An established and highly regarded accountancy practice is looking to appoint an Audit and Accounts Senior to join its growing audit team. This role offers exposure to a varied client base including UK and international businesses, with opportunities to work on complex assignments while playing a key role in mentoring junior staff. You''ll work closely with senior leadership in a collaborative environment that genuinely supports progression and professional development.Role ResponsibilitiesLead audit and accounts assignments from planning through to completion.Work closely with partners and managers on larger and more complex engagements.Prepare and review statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP.Supervise, review, and support junior team members on audit assignments.Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout engagements.Ensure assignments are delivered on time and within budget.Identify risks and develop effective audit strategies.Monitor chargeability and performance against budgets.Contribute to the ongoing development of team members through coaching and feedback.Personal RequirementsACA / ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.Strong audit background working with owner-managed businesses and SMEs.Solid knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards.Experience supervising staff and reviewing work.Exposure to consolidated accounts is advantageous.IFRS knowledge beneficial but not esse
