Finance Manager wanted for growing airline based in Central London The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with current procedures:Verify the completeness of sales and their collections;Monitor customer receivables and supplier payables;Manage cash flow;Track budget performance and identify cost saving opportunitiesPrepare accurate and reliable general accounting records, on time and in line with applicable accounting standards;Prepare and present financial reports including justification of accountsCompile the account analysis file for the entity during interim or annual closingsProvide the auditors with all documents necessary to conduct their mission, and implement recommendations issued regarding internal controlEnsure compliance with local tax regulations by preparing tax returns in collaboration with the assisting tax firm;Prepare payroll and social declarations accurately and on time, in collaboration with the assisting tax firm.Ensure proper archiving of all accounting and legal documents related to the entity, in alignment with company procedures.Identify and assess risks related to the entity''s internal processes, implement and monitor appropriate control plans, and report any related incidents. Profile: University degree in Finance, Audit and Accounting, Management Control, or a related field, or equivalent experience.At least 5 years
