About the Role
Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a passionate EYFS Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Liverpool from September 2025. This full-time role runs for the academic year and offers the chance to make a lasting impact at the start of children''s educational journey.

Applications are welcome from both experienced EYFS practitioners and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
Role and Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence.
Support pupils'' social, emotional, and communication development.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.
Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet diverse needs.
Collaborate with the EYFS team, SENCO, and external professionals to ensure inclusion.
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment.
Contribute to school life through events, enrichment activities, and planning.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience or strong interest in teaching EYFS.
Knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and early years pedagogy.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and inspire learners.
Patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach.
Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain).

Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and explain all employment breaks. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be willing to attend a registration interview. All pay rates quoted include 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, although permanent opportunities may become available in some cases.
