Digital Merchandiser up to 35,000 Retail Nottinghamshire We are currently working with a leading retailer to recruit an Digital Merchandiser and Optimisation Specialist into their growing team. An exciting time to join the business, you will join the digital and performance team and will play an integral role in driving conversion rates for the business.You will work to implement the search and visual merch strategy across to site to improve product visibility and drive sales. This role will also focus on personalisation across different brands, ensuring a seamless and tailored customer experience across every touchpoint.This role will suit someone who is data driven and loves using insights to make informed decisions - you will be innovative with a customer first mindset.The Role:Develop and implement the visual merchandising strategy, with a focus on searchability, product placement and onsite navigation.Manage the onsite search, ensuring all product are optimised and easy to find onsite.Use data and insights to understand customer behaviour and the customer journey. Use these insights to optimise strategies moving forward.Weekly reporting on optimisation results and actions.Analyse A/B testing results and make recommendations for continuous improvementStay on top of industry trends and contribute new ideas to help evolution of the digital roadmap.The Ideal Candidate:Experience working within a ecommerce, optimisation, trading role.Experience with A/B testing and Google Ana
