Receptionist - Holiday Park Lancaster Negotiable salary 37.5 hours per week - Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun Key Responsibilities / Duties: Front of house checking in / out of our guests, creating great holiday memories for families Liaising with park teams, to provide the best holiday experience for our guests Dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers Reception duties, resolving guest queries and answering the telephone and online enquiries Ensuring all paperwork is managed and organised well Actively promoting future stays for current holidaymakers, ensuring you are aware of offers that are available to them Cash handling Processing payments To undergo specific training as indicated by the Manager as and when required Take all reasonable steps to protect the health, safety and welfare of all employees, patrons and visitors, by promoting safe working practices Comply with company policies, rules and procedures at all times Any other duties as required by your line manager commensurate with your role Skills required: • An excellent telephone manner • Good time management multitasking • Great customer service and organisational skills • Computer literate • A friendly and approachable personality • Dependability
