Small Luxury Hotels of the World is seeking an entry-level Junior Systems Analyst to assist with day-to-day operations across a range of systems and processes. This is an entry-level role and full training will be given.As part of a small IT team, the responsibilities of the Junior Systems Analyst role include (but are not limited to) the following:Key Responsibilities

User creation, setup and maintenanceOn-going improvements to the Salesforce Org as required, ensuring all changes are documentedCreation of Salesforce reports and dashboards as requiredProvide first-line support to the 90+ Salesforce usersHousekeeping tasksMicrosoft Exchange/Microsoft 365

Maintaining Distribution Groups for Partnership programsAssisting with the planned migration to Office 365 in 2025 (auditing existing mailboxes, housekeeping of office data)Assisting with the management of quarantined emailsOther Responsibilities

Assisting with reporting requestsAssisting with the company move to new offices in 2025Assisting in maintaining the IT Asset RegisterOther IT-related tasks and projects as and when requiredReporting Lines

This key role reports to the VP of Technology.Required Qualifications and Experience

A desire to learn, coupled with keen attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challengesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all organisational levelsEffective time management skills and ability to overcome obstacles to meet deadlinesIT qualifications such as Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in IT would be desirable (ideally DDD)How to Apply
