Print and Finishing Machine OperatorLocation: NorthamptonSalary: £35,000-£40,000 + Overtime AvailablePermanent, Full-Time Hours: 6am - 4pm (4 days a week wither Mon-Th or Tu-Fri) - overtime available We are currently recruiting for an experienced Print and Finishing Machine Operator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Northampton. The business operates within a fast-paced production environment supplying high-quality printed products to a wide range of customers. The successful candidate will have experience operating flexographic printing and finishing machinery and will be confident working to high quality standards within a production setting.Key Responsibilities:Set, operate and maintain print and finishing machineryPrepare and mount printing plates and converting equipmentEnsure jobs are completed efficiently and to production deadlinesCarry out quality checks throughout the production processMaintain accurate production and machine recordsSupport packing and finishing activities as requiredAssist with machine cleaning and maintenance activitiesEnsure all work areas are kept clean, organised and safeWork collaboratively with colleagues to support production targetsFollow all company health and safety and production proceduresThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience
