Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will bring approximately 5-10+ years of industry experience to the table. Your expertise will be pivotal in sectors such as Healthcare and Education, although experience in Commercial, Office Space, Industrial, Manufacturing, and Retail projects is also valuable. Proficiency in Revit and experience with BIM Level 2 projects are key criteria for this role.

You will lead projects from small-scale -500k fit-outs to -800m new build hospitals, demonstrating your job-running capabilities and mentoring junior staff. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the team''s success and ensuring project excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

- Degree in Architectural Technology or a HNC/HND in a related field.
- Ideally CIAT accredited.
- Approximately 5-10+ years of industry experience.
- Experience in varied sectors, with a preference for Healthcare and Education.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience with BIM Level 2 projects is advantageous.
- Job running experience is essential
