A dynamic and fast-paced retail business with a strong European footprint is seeking a Management Accountant to join its Group Finance team on a temporary basis. The company operates across multiple markets and offers a collaborative, commercially focused environment.

The Role:

This is a Temporary Management Accountant role - immediate starting availability is essential! You''ll be supporting the Group Finance function with core management accounting duties, financial analysis and business partnering. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Support month-end close and trial balance reconciliations
• Process and analyse large datasets for reporting purposes
• Provide financial support to cost centre managers
• Contribute to ad-hoc finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Help manage internal SLAs and stakeholder relationships

What You''ll Need to Succeed

• Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, AAT) or QBE with relevant experience
• Strong Excel skills and experience with general ledger systems
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Exposure to payroll or HR finance processes (desirable)
• Experience in a retail or FMCG environment is a plus.
