Job Title: Level 2/3 Childcare Practitioner
Location: Just outside Kingsthorpe, Northampton
Pay: -115 - -175 per day (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Start Date: September 2025 or ASAP

This setting is child-led, creative, and full of energy. With an open-flow layout, children are encouraged to explore freely between rooms and outdoors-whether they''re finger painting, climbing, or discovering creepy crawlies in the garden. It''s a place for curious minds and confident explorers, and the team is hands-on from day one.

What We''re Looking For:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years
* A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved in all areas
* A love for outdoor play and messy activities
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
* SEND knowledge is a bonus but not essential
