We are currently recruiting a Solderer to support electronic assembly operations at our Waterlooville facility.This is a hands-on role that involves both board-level and box-build assembly. We''re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent soldering skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude. If you re a team player who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: PCB assembly, including SMT and PTH soldering Cable assembly using crimping tools Electro-mechanical assembly Interpreting and working from BOMs and engineering drawings Performing PCBA rework when required Ensuring all work meets required quality standards Skills and Experience: Experience with IPC 610 standards Strong PTH and SMT soldering skills Confident working with fine-pitch components under a microscope Good component recognition and technical understanding Ability to read and interpret technical documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines Inspection experience (desirable, but not essential) What We re Looking For: A methodical, detail-oriented approach Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Flexibility and a willingness to support wider team objectives A proactive problem-solver with a commitment to quality If this sounds like the role for you, please click
