The Role You ll be involved in all aspects of development consultancy, including: Advising landowners, developers, and investors on land transactions and development opportunities. Undertaking financial appraisals, feasibility studies, and development viability assessments. Managing land sales and acquisitions, including negotiation and disposal strategy. Supporting clients throughout the development lifecycle from initial concept to delivery. Building and maintaining strong client relationships while helping to grow the team s presence in the Midlands market.
