Long term (temp to perm) or short-term work available. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEMH, ASD, and complex needs.Implement individualised behaviour plans and de-escalation strategies.Assist with EHCP/IEP targets, tracking progress and adapting interventions.Foster a safe, structured environment using trauma-informed approaches.Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and safeguarding teams.
