This role supports the delivery of a consistent, well-organised, and high-quality service to clients and works closely with senior members of the residential team. The position offers an opportunity to develop your career within a growing and well-established firm, contributing to the success and efficiency of the Residential Property team. Key Responsibilities Manage post-completion requirements including HMLR registrations and requisitions Prepare and submit Stamp Duty returns Liaise with estate agents, lenders, and borrowers Request redemption figures Assist with the preparation of sale contract packs Support reporting to clients and issuing contracts for signature Submit property searches Support the Head of Department in maintaining lender panel status Maintain accurate and well-organised case files Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all work Communicate professionally with clients and third parties Manage workload effectively within a busy residential team Applicant Requirements Previous experience as a Legal Assistant within a residential property environment Experience supporting residential conveyancing matters Strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills Polished and professional telephone manner
