This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with proven success in temporary and/or permanent construction recruitment. You will be instrumental in building our presence in South Wales, with full autonomy to manage your own desk, develop new business and nurture long-term client and candidate relationships. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold and warm calling, client meetings, networking, and marketing strategies. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
