DescriptionOversee and manage operational and day to day procedures within the organisation.Setting KPIs and targets Over seeing and managing a team of 12 employees Completing appraisals with employees Leading, coaching and mentoring employees Implement strategic initiatives to achieve organisational objectives.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.Monitor and report on operational performance.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organisational policies.Manage and lead a team, promoting a positive working environment.Identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary.Profile Prior experience in an operations management role in an OFSTED regulated environment Ability to lead a team and manage expectations Proven track record of strong leadership and team management skills.E
