Yard Operative - Harlow (Pinnacles Area)We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a well-established company in the Harlow Pinnacles area. This is a hands-on role working mainly outdoors and supporting a busy yard operation supplying total solutions to the construction industry, including shoring equipment, piling equipment, pipework, and hydraulic tools.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating pressure-washing equipmentLoading and unloading vehiclesUsing hand tools and various hydraulic equipmentGeneral yard duties and manual labourStock checks and maintaining a tidy working environmentDesirable SkillsA Counterbalance Forklift Licence is beneficial but not essential.Training and certification will be provided for committed candidates once they achieve permanent employment status.Experience in welding, fabrication, or hydraulics is an advantage, but not required.Hours and PayMonday to Friday08:00 to 17:3042.5 basic hours per weekOptional overtime available on Saturdays at x1.5 pay rateContract TypeThis is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity. You will complete a qualifying period on a temporary contract. With strong performance, reliability, and a positive attitude, there is the potential to be taken on permanently by the client.
