Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain FinanceMy client is looking for an exceptional finance leader to partner with their Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams and drive performance across our UK operations. This is a highly visible role at the heart of the business, where you’ll combine strategic influence with hands-on financial leadership.

Responsibilities

Act as the financial guardian for Manufacturing and Supply, ensuring accurate reporting and robust monthly close.

Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting, challenging assumptions and shaping financial targets.

Translate operational activity into financial insight, linking performance to cost drivers and growth opportunities.

Partner with senior leaders to drive cost control, optimise capex investment, and embed a culture of ownership across the breweries and supply chain.

Provide decision support for strategic projects and day-to-day efficiency initiatives, ensuring financial integrity and clear tracking of outcomes.

Maintain strong controls, from balance sheet management to supplier contracts, while ensuring policies and processes are followed consistently.

This role is about more than numbers. You’ll influence and challenge senior stakeholders, constructively shape decision-making, and ensure the team understands how their actions drive financial performance.

We’re looking for someone who is commercially sharp, detail-driven, and confident leading both the big picture and the detail — from presenting to ExCom through to ensuring accuracy in the ledgers.
