Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, you will lead all aspects of design coordination, compliance, and assurance across complex multidisciplinary works, ensuring delivery of safe, sustainable, and high-quality solutions in line with client and project requirements. Project overview:The HS2 Euston Station development involves significant enabling works, including the diversion of major utility assets in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. The role demands strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities: Manage and progress design packages through Concept, Scheme and Detailed Design to completion.Guide and develop designs to ensure safety, buildability, operational efficiency, and maintainability.Implement robust intervention and verification processes to ensure technical assurance.Drive value-led design through collaboration with design, construction, and supply chain partners.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all design activities.Review and approve design submissions, ensuring compliance with project and technical standards.Coordinate and manage design interfaces with adjacent contracts and third-party assets.Identify, escalate, and reso
