HSEQ manager- Liverpool Client is a market leader in the marine and environmental services industry, providing clients with services ranging from terminal operations to subsea cable repair, Salary 45k Responsible to assist in the development of strategic policies in line with key corporate objectives for all matters relating to Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality assurance within the Group.Principal ResponsibilitiesAssist in the maintenance of the company''s HSEQ management systemsAssist in the development of HSEQ policies, processes, and guidelinesAct as the HSEQ first point of contact for given specified departmentsDevelop communications to support HSEQ initiativesProvide advice to the business on HSEQ matters e.g., fire, hazardous substances, waste management, work equipment, occupational health, reportable incidentsConduct investigations into incidents to establish causation and corrective measuresAssist in the development and the testing of emergency arrangementsMaintaining current knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements related to HSEQ matters and assist in the maintenance of the company''s legal registersConduct internal HSEQ audits and facilitate third party audits of the company''s HSEQ management systems.Conduct inductions and supervision of permits to workProvision of advice to the business on management of non-conformanceHealth and Safety and EnvironmentMonitoring HSEQ KPIsManagement of incident reportingConducting HSEQ audits and inspections
