Our superb client based in Ely is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join them on a full-time permanent basis working (hours) Monday to Friday 8.45am 5.00pm and there can be the option for a hybrid working model with this role. As Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing guidance on purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documentation, drafting and reviewing legal documents, investigating properties and ensuring there are no legal issues that could affect the transaction, managing disputes and litigation, representing clients at legal proceedings, negotiating the terms of commercial property transactions, building client relationships, managing a small team, working with investors, property owners and developers and other related duties. To be considered for the role of Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be experienced in Commercial Property, you will be used to managing your own caseload, you will be able to work with minimum supervision and will be able to oversee a small team of support staff, will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be an excellent negotiator. Consideration will be given to qualified solicitors, legal executives or individuals that are on the job trained and working at the right level.
