Managing subcontractor accounts from procurement to final accountPreparing valuations, variations, and cost reportsLeading negotiations with supply chain partnersEnsuring compliance with NEC contracts and commercial frameworksSupporting change management and Compensation EventsProviding commercial advice and support to project managers and engineersAbout You

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering/groundworksStrong commercial and contractual knowledge, ideally with NEC experienceCapable of working independently and managing workload effectivelyExcellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skillsAvailable at short notice and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentWhat\''s on Offer
