We are looking for a

Dedicated Cover Receptionist

to join our Rapport Network Team. The successful applicant will mainly be based at one of our client''s sites

near Bank station . However, as a Network Team Ambassador, you may be asked to work on rotation at different Rapport sites at any point (e.g., London''s West-End, City of London, Canary Wharf, Greater London area, and within the M25).

Type of Contract:

Full-time, Permanent

Hours:

40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota between 7 AM and 9 PM, as per business needs)

Responsibilities will include:At this particular client site, you will be required to work as a receptionist, lobby host, podium host and support with switchboard and helpdesk dutiesProactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly, and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionallyHandling all external and internal calls in a professional mannerCommunicating effectively with other departments and service providers, creating a ''one team'' approach to delighting our guestsAdopting a flexible and adaptable approach when dealing with ad-hoc duties as required, and or potential shift/location changes

Create Rapport, Be Brilliant, Innovative Spirit, Walk Tall and Stronger TogetherIdeally, have front-of-house reception experience in a luxury hotel, premium airline, retail, or a corporate environmentBe able to travel across London within the M25 (mostly Central London and Canary Wharf)Have the passion and drive to deliver the very highest levels of customer serviceHave an outgoing personality, understanding the professional etiquette, and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external and VIPs)Have great interpersonal skills, an outgoing and vibrant personalityDemonstrate ability to adapt and flex your working style and behaviour to adapt to the environment of the site you are working atDemonstrate an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communicationBe creative, proactive, organised, detail-oriented, process-driven, quick learner and resourceful with a can-do attitudeHave the ability to work well under pressure and act both proactively and intuitively
