Leading Global Energy Trading business is now looking to hire a Junior Quantitative Analyst to join their Singapore based Analytics team. The role requires strong Python programming/coding skills and will work with their trading models which provide market fundamentals analysis.Responsibilities

Work closely with the Front Office providing market analysis and technical insight.Run trading models and look to improve their effectiveness.Focus on the Gas and LNG markets.Qualifications

Highly numerate degree.Strong Python modelling experience.Ideally prior experience in energy or commodity trading.Experience in a quantitative or data analytics role is preferred.Well developed analytical and numeracy skills with excellent communication abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced energy trading business culture.Additional Information

This is an excellent role for someone looking to further develop their career in energy or commodity trading. The right to work to in Singapore is required.
