Evaluation and execution of prospective investment opportunities including underwriting and financial analysis, investment committee presentations and acquisition due diligenceProvide asset management support and financial analysis including preparation of annual business plans, quarterly valuation models, leasing analyses and on-going monitoring of investment performanceDisposition supportPreparation of fundraising and investor reporting materialsAnalysis of on-going portfolio risk and cash flow requirementsQualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a focus in finance or accounting preferred3-6 years of experience in real estate finance, investment sales, private equity or investment bankingOutstanding quantitative and financial modelling skillsResults-oriented with the ability to take initiative, execute and complete deliverables in a timely mannerExcellent presentation and communication abilitiesProficiency in all Microsoft Office programs requiredAbility to work full-time, non-remoteSeniority level
