The Role High Voltage System Validation engineer in UK. The validation engineer needs to be in UK with Class3 license and be an expert on the HV system. Associate should have worked before on PHEV or BEV car and have a very good understanding on the HV system and issue resolution. Your responsibilities: 1. High Voltage Systems Knowledge: Understanding of HV system design for PHEV andamp; BEV, operation, and safety protocols (typically 400V+). 2. Electrical Engineering Principles: Proficiency in electrical and electronics engineering principles, especially related to HV systems. 3. Battery and Power Electronics: Knowledge of battery systems, power electronics, and HV components (eAC, Heater, Inverter, DCDC, Charger AC andamp; DC). 4. System Testing and Validation: Ability to develop and implement test plans for HV components and systems, including validation of performance, reliability, and issue replication. 5. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA): Experience with FMEA for identifying potential failures and preventive actions. 6. Data Analysis and Statistical Techniques: Skills in analysing data to identify trends and root causes of issues. 7.
