We are seeking an experienced ASB Officer to join our team and help manage and resolve cases of anti-social behaviour within our housing stock and communities. The successful candidate will work closely with tenants, residents, and partner agencies to ensure a safe and secure environment for all. Key Responsibilities: Investigate reports of anti-social behaviour and take appropriate action in line with policy and legislation. Manage a caseload of ASB cases from initial report through to resolution. Prepare and present evidence for legal proceedings, including court appearances where necessary. Work collaboratively with internal teams, local authorities, police, and other agencies to tackle ASB effectively. Provide advice and support to residents affected by anti-social behaviour. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
