The Role HP4 Recruitment are working with a data centre project looking for an Electrical AP to be a key presence on site, supporting both construction and operations teams. This isn t a desk-only role they need someone who can float around site, keep things organised, and make sure everything is being done safely and correctly. What You ll Be Doing Acting as Electrical AP across HV/LV systems Being out on site, coordinating between construction and ops Managing permits, isolations, and switching activities Producing and reviewing switching plans and paperwork Supporting commissioning and testing (IST) Making sure teams are working safely and following process Being the go-to person on site for anything electrical What They re Looking For Experience as an Electrical AP (or similar level) Good understanding of HV/LV systems and switching Experience in a data centre or critical environment Confident with permits, paperwork, and documentation Ideally some construction project experience Someone happy to be on-site, visible, and hands-on
