This role acts as the interface to co-ordinate with our health and safety consultants. The HR and Facilities Manager acts as a trusted point of contact for employees and management, ensuring HR processes run efficiently while facilities support business productivity. Duties and Responsibilities of the HR Manager and Facilities Co-ordinator: Manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts, employee records, and HR policies Support managers with employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company procedu
