The Role:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across your subject specialism
• Plan, prepare and assess work in line with the national curriculum
• Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour effectively to support positive learning outcomes
• Work collaboratively with department staff and wider school teams

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching within a UK secondary school (placements considered for ECTs)
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be adaptable, reliable and committed to student progress
• Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
