Paint Line Operative Required!

BE Recruitment are recruiting Paint Line Operative for a sheet metal engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester (LE7).

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:00

Pay:

• -13 - -16 Depending on Skill Level

• Prepare parts for powder coating

• Operate powder coating equipment (guns, hoppers, booths)

• Monitor coating quality and equipment performance

• Control powder flow, application, and curing temperatures

• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards

• Load and unload parts onto fixtures

• Maintain and clean coating equipment

• Ensure safety procedures are followed

• Support efficient production and on-time delivery
