These projects span Kent, Sussex, and Wessex, with each scheme at varying stages of the project lifecycle.You will report directly to a Senior Quantity Surveyor and be an integral part of the commercial team, ensuring financial governance, risk management, and cost control are effectively maintained.Key Responsibilities: Managing commercial and contractual matters Preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, valuations, and final accounts.
