Provide high-quality care through consultations, examinations, and treatment or referral.Manage both routine and urgent appointments, including telephone/video consultations and occasional home visits.Support patients with long-term conditions and chronic disease management.Prescribe safely and appropriately in line with guidance.Keep clear, accurate and timely clinical records.Work with the wider practice team to deliver safe, effective care.Contribute to QOF, enhanced services, and practice targets.Take part in meetings, audits, and ongoing professional development.Safeguard vulnerable patients in line with policy.About us
