Role: Production OperativeStart date: Immediate StartLocation: Saxmundham, Suffolk (early finish on Fridays)Hours: 40 hours per weekPay: 12.21ph+ (WEEKLY PAY) and pay rise after 3 monthsWe are looking for a production staff who are immediately available to work for a manufacturer based on the outskirts of Saxmundham, Suffolk.The company offer an excellent training and development program, where you can learn all aspects of the business. As you progress and work in further areas of the business, you will have the opportunity to further increase your salary.This would be working initial hours 06:45-16:30 with an early finish on Friday. After an initial training period, you will then move onto rotating shifts of 06:00-14:00 one week and 14:00-22:00 the following.Overtime is rates of pay.Production Operative duties include: -Assisting the machine operator with running the machineTaking products off the conveyor, checking for defects as you goPackaging items ready for dispatch Operating a clean as you approachEnsuring you comply with all standards, procedures, and practicesIf you have any manufacturing or warehouse / packaging experience, then we want to hear from you!If you would like some more information, then give Carl at Prime Appointments a call.
